With decades of experience operating in both the residential and commercial segment of the video markets, the AMS management team has deep pre-existing relationships and dealer agreements with major video providers and streaming platforms.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our customer experience department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include recording and processing confidential customer information, handling assigned calls, providing support for service operations, responding to customer inquiries, and proactively resolving complaints.

You will also be responsible for demonstrating in-depth product knowledge to offer effective customer support, processing orders, forms, requests, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

In addition, you will contact potential customers via phone and email, utilizing CRM tools for follow-ups, conduct Cross-Selling and Up-Selling to maximize sales opportunities, report weekly on sales goals, objectives, and achievements, and attend training sessions to stay updated on new products and service offerings.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales roles is preferred.
  • Advanced English Level (C1).
  • Empathetic and customer-focused mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
