We are looking for a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team at Visa Inc. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing customized business plans to increase sales volume and market share within financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute customized business plans to increase sales volume and market share within financial institutions.
  2. Create new sales and revenue-generating opportunities as appropriate.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned markets.
  4. Develop a comprehensive understanding of all Visa products and services, including Core Products, Risk Solutions, Loyalty, and Digital.

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and deliver presentations to all client levels.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Spanish.
