Sales and Partnerships Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales & Partnerships Executive to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for selling advertising, sponsorships, and content partnerships to hotels, tour operators, and travel brands looking to reach our audience. This is a full-time role, requiring Monday–Friday work hours with flexible working arrangements. You will be based in Bogotá, near Zona T, and will be required to attend in-person meetings as needed.

The successful candidate will have excellent sales and negotiation skills, with experience in the advertising, marketing, or influencer partnerships industry. They will also be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and familiar with CRM & sales tools, such as Zoho CRM, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram DM. In return for your hard work and dedication, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $3,000,000 COP/month, plus uncapped commission on all sales above $6,000,000 COP/month. You will also have opportunities for performance bonuses and career growth within our dynamic and flexible company culture.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Selling sponsored Instagram features, video content, and long-term brand partnerships.
  • Using Zoho CRM to track leads, conversations, and conversions.
  • Developing long-term partnership opportunities with key clients.
