Job Description

Role Summary
The Recruiter will be responsible for delivering exceptional talent acquisition services to clients, utilizing their expertise in recruitment technologies and strategies to find top candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment cycle and be able to provide proactive and timely communication to clients throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing plans to attract top talent
  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide recommendations to hiring managers
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure timely communication throughout the process
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine offer details and negotiate counter-offers as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of two years' recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting
  • Proficient in Boolean search techniques and recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
