Job Summary:

This position is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing global Human Resources Systems/Integrations using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, IT groups, vendors, and senior management to establish and implement systems and processes that reduce errors and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure ServiceNow business processes, forms, knowledge base, case/incident management, and reports in partnership with IT and Human Resources.
  • Manage test scripts and defects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Analyze recurring issues to identify possible problem triggers and best resolution.
  • Support security and internal/external systems audits to ensure system access meets compliance.
  • Manage reported production issues through help desk case management tools and work with internal work groups and external vendors on resolutions.
  • Evaluate the impact of new and modified applications/integrations on existing applications and work with IT to coordinate conversions.
  • Conduct user audits to validate correct system access.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR Systems and ServiceNow configuration.
  • Advanced English skills (B2+, C1, C1+).
  • Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent.
  • Ability to support global time zones as needed for systems testing and releases.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home.

Location: Bogota

Grade: 20E
