Job Title: ServiceNow Sr. Developer

Job Summary:

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing global Human Resources Systems/Integrations using ServiceNow. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, IT groups, vendors, and senior management to establish and implement systems that reduce errors and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure ServiceNow business processes, forms, knowledge base, case/incident management, and reports in partnership with IT and Human Resources.
  • Manage test scripts and defects, and review recurring issues to identify problem triggers and best resolutions.
  • Support security and internal/external systems audits, ensuring system access meets compliance.
  • Manage reported production issues through help desk case management tools and work with internal work groups and external vendors on resolutions.
  • Evaluate the impact of new and modified applications/integrations on existing applications and coordinate conversions with IT.
  • Conduct user audits to validate correct system access.

  • Previous HR Systems experience with ServiceNow and HR functional knowledge of HR processes.
  • Ability to support global time zones as needed for systems testing and releases.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • ServiceNow configuration experience is required.
  • Advanced English Skills (B2+, C1, C1+).
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Intl Equivalent.
