Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Specialist to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our order management system, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Monitoring and Processing: Manage daily internal and external reporting dashboards to monitor orders outside of SLA, ensuring timely execution and resolution.
  • Communication and Escalation: Manage shared inbox for external and internal communications, escalating critical issues to managers and collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management: Minimize open orders within platforms and vendors, working closely with trading teams to remove aged articles.
  • Middleware Relationship: Serve as point of contact for middleware relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of system connections and resolving technical issues.
  • Financial Closing: Collaborate with GBS and local accounting to close out dropship invoices and marketplace financials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience working with systems/applications.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy of data, ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
