We are seeking a talented WordPress Website Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Website Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality WordPress websites using Elementor and Astro Pro themes. You will also be involved in migrating 300-400 websites from a custom CMS to WordPress, optimizing the process for efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop high-quality WordPress websites with Elementor and Astro Pro themes
- Migrate 300-400 websites from a custom CMS to WordPress, optimizing the process for efficiency
- Maintain design consistency and functionality across multiple projects while adhering to client-specific requirements
- CUSTOMIZE AND INTEGRATE plugins to enhance website capabilities and meet unique client needs
- Collaborate with account managers to understand project scopes and deliver tailored solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure smooth website operations
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in WordPress development, with a strong portfolio showcasing both technical and design capabilities (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
- Creative ability and strong eye for design
- Add knowledge or experience in geo directory (. Not a must put a huge plus)
- Proficiency in Elementor and Astro Pro themes, with the ability to customize and optimize their features
- Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills, with an eye for creating visually appealing user interfaces
- Experience in website migration between different platforms and CMSs
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities and teamwork orientation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
