Job Description As a Website Manager , you will oversee website management, optimization, and technical implementation to improve user experience, conversion rates, and SEO performance.
This role involves leading web strategy initiatives, ensuring security and compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders.
You'll manage WordPress websites (preferably with Gutenberg) and resolve any technical issues.
Job Overview Employment type: Indefinite Term Contract Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM GMT-5 Work setup: Remote/Work From Home Your Daily Tasks Develop and implement web security and compliance programs (GDPR, CCPA).
Oversee website strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business and marketing goals.
Maintain website health by ensuring proper internal link structure and on-page SEO best practices.
Optimize website performance, focusing on speed, user experience, and conversion rate improvements.
Conduct A/B testing and implement personalization strategies to enhance visitor engagement.
Manage full-funnel website metrics and generate data-driven insights for performance tracking.
Develop and update landing pages, ensuring cross-browser, OS, and device compatibility.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Troubleshoot website issues and implement necessary updates to maintain optimal functionality.
Lead SEO strategy and execution, working with tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMRush.
Create and implement growth strategies to increase web traffic and subscriber base.
Ensure website accessibility, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements The Qualifications We Seek 5+ years of relevant experience .
Strong WordPress experience, with preference for Gutenberg expertise.
Hands-on experience in HTML , CSS , XML , and JavaScript .
Deep understanding of technical and content SEO best practices.
Experience managing A/B testing , web analytics , and performance optimization.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and PageSpeed Insights .
Plus: Experience in front-end development is a plus.
Familiarity with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) in WordPress.
Experience with build tools like Grunt, Webpack, or Gulp.
Knowledge of website accessibility and compliance standards.
Experience developing custom Gutenberg blocks.
Understanding of B2B website optimization strategies.
Previous experience in high-growth companies is an advantage.
Certifications in SEO, Web Development, or UX/UI Design are a plus.
