We are looking for a Website Designer & Developer who can design, develop, and maintain websites that we build for our clients. The ideal candidate should have experience with Shopify, WordPress (including WooCommerce), and GoHighLevel (GHL) for landing page development. This role requires someone who can continuously optimize websites for conversions by making ongoing improvements based on user behavior and business goals.

You should also have experience working within project management systems, specifically ClickUp, to track tasks, collaborate with the team, and meet project deadlines.

Please note you must be LatAm based, and this has a salary range of $1,500 - $2,500 USD/month.

Key Responsibilities Website Design, Development, & Maintenance
  • Design and develop visually appealing, responsive, and high-converting websites for both eCommerce and local business clients
  • Work with:
    • Shopify (eCommerce)
    • WordPress (including WooCommerce)
    • GoHighLevel (GHL) for landing pages
    • Webflow (a plus)
  • Ensure all websites are mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and optimized for user experience (UX)
  • Perform ongoing edits, updates, and maintenance to improve website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates
  • Implement custom themes and templates, modify existing themes, and ensure proper functionality
Landing Page Development (GoHighLevel - GHL)
  • Build and optimize high-converting landing pages in GoHighLevel for lead generation and marketing campaigns
  • Implement forms, pop-ups, and automation workflows in GHL
  • Integrate GHL pages with CRM, email marketing sequences, and tracking pixels (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel)
E-Commerce Development & Optimization (Shopify & WooCommerce)
  • Develop and customize Shopify and WooCommerce stores, including product pages, checkout optimization, and app/plugin integrations
  • Make ongoing edits to Shopify stores to improve conversion rates, optimize product pages, and enhance user experience
  • Set up and configure payment gateways, shipping, and tax settings
  • Analyze Shopify analytics and make data-driven improvements to increase sales and AOV (average order value)
Optimization & Performance
  • Optimize websites and landing pages for speed, security, and SEO best practices
  • Ensure sites are ADA-compliant and meet accessibility standards
  • Improve conversion rates (CRO) by refining website layout, CTAs, and user journey
  • Run A/B tests and analyze user behavior to implement data-driven improvements
Integration & Automation
  • Implement and manage integrations with GoHighLevel CRM, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other third-party tools
  • Work with the marketing team to connect landing pages with automation tools (email, lead tracking, etc.)
Project Management & Collaboration
  • Work within ClickUp to manage tasks, track project timelines, and collaborate with the team
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and SEO teams to align website design with digital marketing strategies
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success
  • Document processes and provide basic training for clients on managing their sites
Required Skills & Experience CMS & Platforms
  • Shopify (Liquid coding experience is a plus)
  • WordPress (including WooCommerce customization)
  • GoHighLevel (GHL) Landing Page Development
  • Webflow (nice to have, but not required)
Web Development Languages & Technologies
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Vue.js a plus)
  • PHP (for WordPress custom development)
  • Experience with APIs, custom post types, and theme customization
Design & UX/UI
  • Strong skills in Adobe XD, Figma, or Canva for wireframing and prototyping
  • Ability to create modern, high-converting, user-friendly designs
  • Understanding of typography, branding, and conversion-driven design
Project Management & Organization
  • Experience using ClickUp to manage website projects, track tasks, and collaborate with a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and handle multiple projects
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
Other Must-Haves
  • Strong knowledge of SEO-friendly development & technical SEO principles
  • Familiarity with ADA compliance and WCAG guidelines
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with GoHighLevel CRM automation & workflows
  • Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel setup experience
  • Basic experience with graphic design, branding, and logo design
