Responsibilities:
  • Configure, customize, and maintain CRM systems to enhance customer relationships and streamline communication.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, and automated workflows.
  • Segment and analyze customer data to personalize marketing efforts and improve customer retention and engagement.
  • Manage data integrity by overseeing data imports, segmentation, deduplication, and regular audits.
