Business Development Associate

Propel is partnering with an exciting travel company that has developed a platform to simplify group travel planning . Their solution offers customisable itineraries, booking management tools, and dedicated support for organisers .

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the entire proposal process – understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and create bespoke tour itineraries.
  2. Monitor the competitive landscape , tracking key market trends and developments.
  3. Work closely with Marketing and Lead Generation to identify and create new opportunities.
  4. Maintain and update the CRM/database , ensuring streamlined processes and accurate data management.

What We're Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience .
  2. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  3. 360 sales experience with a track record of success.
  4. High energy and passion for client-facing roles.
