**Job Description:** As a Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the DSM-Firmenich Taste Texture and Health business in the Andean Region for the Ingredients Solutions (50%) and Pet Food (50%) segments. This position will ensure safe and compliant products, exceptional customer regulatory service delivery, monitor regulatory changes, and advocate for the company's interests.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively partner with the business and customers to enable, accelerate, and propose innovation to drive growth
  • Explore regulatory pathways
  • Evaluate products according to Andean region regulations and DSM-Firmenich internal standards, and perform regulatory assessments
  • Handle registration/renewal submissions at local regulatory bodies
  • Monitor and interpret food legislation, supplying information to customers and technical teams
  • Provide support for all product compliance, regulatory claims, and documentation to customers
  • Support import/export/manufacturing areas
  • Participate in advocacy activities representing the company at key industry trade associations, assuming leadership positions to defend our business and proactively shape a positive regulatory environment

**Estimated Salary:** We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and bonuses.

**Requirements:** Minimum 7 years of relevant regulatory experience in Food, Beverage, and Pet Food. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Food Engineering, veterinarian, or related technical disciplines. Experience with regulatory bodies, Food & Beverage, and Pet Food regulations. Ability to see the big picture, communicate effectively at all levels, and present complex and/or new ideas with clarity and simplicity.
