We're looking for a highly experienced Regulatory Affairs Business Leader to support our DSM-Firmenich Taste Texture and Health business in the Andean Region.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Partner with the business and customers to enable innovation and drive growth by identifying regulatory pathways and evaluating products according to regional regulations.
- Handle registration/renewal submissions at local regulatory bodies and monitor food legislation to supply information to customers and technical teams.
- Provide support for product compliance, regulatory claims, and documentation to customers, as well as import/export/manufacturing areas.
- Participate in advocacy activities representing the company at key industry trade associations and assume leadership positions to shape a positive regulatory environment.
Requirements: A minimum of 7 years of relevant regulatory experience in Food, Beverage, and Pet Food, with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Food Engineering, Veterinary, or related disciplines. Fluency in Spanish and advanced English skills are required.
