We are committed to providing our customers with top-notch service and quality treatment. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing collections campaigns and ensuring brand loyalty.

The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in problem-solving. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and able to multitask effectively.

We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of $3.5 million COP, plus a performance-based commission of $500,000 COP. Additionally, we provide unique memberships and benefits such as health insurance after three months of employment, Laika membership upon availability, and Netflix/Spotify access upon availability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead operations teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
- C1 level English proficiency
- Full-time availability
- Prior experience in collections campaigns in the BPO industry
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, email, and internet browsers
