Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Specialist to lead the integration of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) with other HR applications, including payroll, talent acquisition, and enterprise systems.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing and executing complex system integrations, particularly with Workday HCM. They will bring strong technical expertise and leadership skills to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team responsible for the end-to-end integration of Workday with various HR and non-HR systems.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to design and implement integrations.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of Workday integration projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion within the defined scope.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in designing and developing complex Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, including regular updates and enhancements.
  • Train and mentor team members and stakeholders on Workday integration processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations, with significant hands-on experience using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or leading a team of integration professionals.
  • Proven experience in managing and executing complex system integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules and functionalities.
  • Workday HCM and Workday Integration/Studio certifications are preferred but not required.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Effective collaboration skills.
