About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled SAP Integration Specialist to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our integration team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless data integration into our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Functional ownership of data integration into ADP systems, ensuring high-quality data mapping and translations.
  • Collaborate with clients to facilitate data conversion, load, and verification, providing expert advice on previous experiences with similar HCM integrations.
  • Partner with Payroll Lead Consultants to configure and ensure readiness of foundational data, driving quality and operational excellence.
  • Responsible for transitioning client data and artifacts into client services, ensuring a smooth handover.
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience in implementation or client service positions, with a strong understanding of Workday, Oracle, or SAP Integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work against agreed timelines.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
