Objective
Your role is crucial to the success of the Enterprise Content Solutions on a global scale, ensuring that individual objectives, plans, and initiatives are effectively executed in alignment with the team's strategic goals. It is essential that all activities comply with relevant regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a customer-centric culture to enhance client relationships and utilize broader Bank resources, systems, and expertise.
- Develop innovative solutions to address complex, multifaceted challenges that align with business requirements by leveraging technological expertise.
- Contribute to the formulation of implementation strategies by creating functional specification documents to assist users and presenting proposed modifications to relevant international stakeholders.
- Provide after-hours and weekend production support on a rotational basis.
- Engage in the design, development, testing, and enhancement of new solutions or improvements to existing applications.
- Recognize how the Bank's risk appetite and culture should be integrated into daily operations and decision-making.
- Strive for effective and efficient operations within your respective areas, adhering to Scotiabank's Values, Code of Conduct, and Global Sales Principles, while ensuring robust day-to-day business controls to meet obligations related to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions, and conduct risk.

Scope of Work
- .Net
- Microsoft SharePoint (On-Premises / Online)
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Remote work options available.
Qualifications / Experience / Additional Information
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in application development, testing, and support utilizing SharePoint (Online / On-Premises) and associated technologies (preferred).
- Familiarity with .Net, REST API, JavaScript, and PowerShell scripting is essential.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and best practices.
- Experience with build and deployment tools such as Azure DevOps / Visual Studio Team System.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish at a B1 level.
- A recognized undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline is required.
- Microsoft Certifications (SharePoint / SPFX / PowerApps / Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) are desirable.
Work Environment
- Standard office-based environment; non-standard hours may occur.
