As a seasoned professional with a strong background in the energy sector, you will play a pivotal role in assessing the energy market, identifying opportunities, and developing strategies to capture key pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own a long-term vision for sustained growth of AECOM's Energy business in Colombia.
- Collaborate with global business lines and senior leadership to ensure alignment with overall growth strategy.
- Evaluate energy opportunities and determine which to pursue based on client understanding, pre-positioning, and AECOM's strategic position.
- Oversee the capture process for key pursuits to ensure best practices are being adhered to.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in the energy sector, particularly in renewable and green energy projects. You should have demonstrated experience and networking in Solar, Eolic, blue Hydrogen, Green Hydrogen, and other ESG strategies. Additionally, your expertise in Net Zero, Carbon Capture, and project finance is highly valued.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in the Energy sector or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Fully bilingual in English/Spanish.
