Job Description
The Marketing Automation Specialist will develop and execute marketing automation strategies to enhance customer engagement, lead generation, and overall marketing efficiency. This role involves managing marketing technology platforms, executing automated campaigns, and leveraging data analytics to improve marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement marketing automation initiatives using Ortto platform
Database Maintenance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead, contact, and account databases in Salesforce
Campaign Execution
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns in Salesforce, including email and digital marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing journeys on Ortto for customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns
Segmentation and Targeting
- Create customer segments based on various criteria to ensure relevant communication
Performance Metrics
- Track and analyze campaign performance using data from Salesforce and Ortto
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM management, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Ortto marketing automation platform
