About the OpportunityThis role offers the chance to join our dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of clinical research. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by managing key operational processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
This role focuses on administrative, logistical, and sourcing functions to optimize hiring efforts across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage key operational processes to optimize hiring efforts across the organization.
- Liaise between Emmes' Application Analyst and the Vendor's Account Manager to address system-related issues and implement potential requirements.
- Maintain and update the ATS to ensure accurate and organized candidate records.
- Generate data and reports to support decision-making and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health).
- Support TA recruiters in conducting initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and alignment with job requirement, as needed.
- Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data reporting tools and metrics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
