Internship Summary

We provide a comprehensive learning program that allows you to apply your academic knowledge and enhance your skills across various sectors of the hospitality industry.

As a Culinary and Beverage Intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Gaining hands-on experience in all facets of food and beverage operations, including the bar, dining area, and kitchen. Learn to manage inventories, create recipes, and calculate costs. Prepare reports for the location.
  • Welcoming guests, processing orders, and consistently demonstrating exceptional customer service.
  • Setting up tables and serving food and beverages. Addressing guest inquiries promptly and effectively. Achieving sales targets in line with departmental goals. Ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Working towards departmental objectives.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and proper functioning of work areas.
