Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Human Resources Intern to contribute to our operations in the Latin America Region. This internship offers a unique chance to acquire practical experience across various HR disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing a regional capability initiative aimed at fostering a digital mindset and adoption.
  • Help prepare materials for the Strategic Talent Review process.
  • Contribute to the development, monitoring, and enhancement of an internal growth program for middle management in the region – Growing @ MDLZ.
  • Design and implement an educational strategy to advance the people team in alignment with the organization's Vision 2030.
  • Support the celebration and engagement initiatives for the regional headquarters.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred proficiency in both Spanish and English, with the capability to communicate and translate effectively in a professional context.
