Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect with deep expertise in UiPath RPA technology to lead the architectural design and implementation of RPA solutions across the organization. This role will be instrumental in establishing and evolving our RPA Center of Excellence (COE), ensuring the successful deployment, management, and scaling of automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Architectural Design & Implementation: Design and develop scalable, efficient, and high-quality RPA solutions using UiPath.
- RPA COE Establishment & Evolution: Play a key role in the establishment and growth of the RPA Center of Excellence, including defining governance models, standards, and practices.
- Technology Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the RPA and automation space, particularly within the UiPath ecosystem.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business process owners, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation of RPA projects.
- Governance & Compliance: Develop and enforce governance policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong focus on UiPath RPA technology.
- Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, including process assessment, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Experience in establishing or significantly contributing to the growth of an RPA Center of Excellence.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in RPA and related technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex, ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
- UiPath certifications are highly desirable.
