Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Digital literacy and proficiency in using Google products (Google Sheets, Google Docs).
  2. Data entry and writing skills, as well as knowledge of e-hailing services.
  3. Competent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  4. Native language speaker or fluent in English, depending on the supported country.
  5. Typing skills of at least 100 words per minute.
  6. Experience in using Customer Service CRM tools (SalesForce, Zendesk, Zoho).
