Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving engagement, inspiring, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results. You'll oversee prioritization of tasks, effective communication across stakeholder teams, and ensure that team members can handle client requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead a high-performing team, setting clear objectives, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to drive success.
  • Client Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceed expectations when possible.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with business objectives.
  • Talent Development: Identify, develop, and retain top talent within the team, ensuring succession planning is in place.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success and make data-driven decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in team management, preferably in a matrix organization or remote team management environment.
  • Industry Expertise: 4+ years of experience in Marketing Research, with exposure to multiple markets or clients an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English (verbal and written), with a C1 level or higher.
  • Cultural Competence: Proven ability to work in a multicultural setting and adapt to changing environments.
  • Education: University degree in Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, with a postgraduate or MBA preferred.
