La gestión de proyectos es esencial para garantizar que todos los alcances de los proyectos se cumplan de manera efectiva y que se respeten los plazos establecidos sin generar frustraciones ni escaladas. El candidato exitoso será responsable de mantener líneas de comunicación claras entre todas las partes involucradas, establecer conexiones con nuevos grupos y mantener una documentación accesible de los proyectos en curso y los procesos asociados.

Responsabilidades:

  • Manejar todos los aspectos relacionados con la entrega de proyectos, incluyendo la creación, actualización y monitoreo de hojas de ruta de proyectos.
  • Identificar a los interesados del proyecto, planificar la gestión de interesados y supervisar su participación en todos los proyectos asignados.
  • Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos continuas y desarrollar planes de mitigación.
  • Coordinar la adquisición de datos y documentos en colaboración con los contactos locales de la red de Publicis Groupe.
  • Dirigir reuniones para la gestión adecuada del proyecto/equipo.
  • Definir el alcance del proyecto: identificación, documentación y priorización de requisitos; validación del alcance; y monitoreo del mismo para los proyectos asignados.
  • Informar sobre el estado del proyecto basado en el alcance planificado.
  • Planificación, creación y gestión de comunicaciones relacionadas con los proyectos asignados.
  • Apoyar el desarrollo de planes de implementación tecnológica en conjunto con el equipo de Operaciones Globales y contactos de Publicis Groupe.
  • Interactuar con los diferentes equipos involucrados en el proyecto, incluyendo Clientes, Equipos Técnicos, Equipos de Negocios y Equipos Financieros.
  • Gestionar proveedores de servicios externos y priorizar tareas del equipo del proyecto.
  • Comparar constantemente el estado real con el estado objetivo del proyecto.
  • Crear y monitorear repositorios que almacenen activos y recursos del proyecto para proyectos de pequeña y mediana escala.
  • Identificar áreas de mejora para el equipo y el proyecto, tanto interna como externamente.
  • Gestionar y distribuir correctamente los activos/recursos proporcionados por el cliente.

Cualificaciones

  • Experiencia profesional como Gerente de Proyectos, consultor o en una función comparable.
  • Capacidad creativa para resolver problemas, identificando formas únicas de superar obstáculos.
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas con la capacidad de mantener la calma en situaciones de alta presión.
  • Comprometido, comunicativo, orientado al trabajo en equipo y capaz de presentar argumentos convincentes.
  • Comunicarse con contactos internacionales en inglés (oral y escrito) no es un problema y está familiarizado con el panorama mediático internacional.
  • Experiencia en metodologías de gestión de proyectos (Waterfall, Agile), herramientas de oficina, herramientas de gestión de proyectos y marketing digital.
  • Gestiona proyectos con diferentes alcances y equipos, utilizando diversas metodologías de gestión de proyectos/mejoras de procesos según lo requieran el equipo, el proyecto o el cliente.
  • Capaz de gestionar los alcances de los proyectos, diferentes equipos de trabajo, tiempos de proyecto, costos y presupuesto, calidad, recursos humanos, comunicaciones, riesgos, adquisiciones y partes interesadas involucradas en cada proyecto.
  • Certificación en PMI (CAPM, PMP), Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scaled Agile), Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt) – es un plus.
  • Experiencia con Jira y Confluence es un plus.
  • Se considera útil, pero no necesario, un título universitario en administración de empresas, gestión de medios o comunicación, o una calificación comparable.
