Job Summary:

Sutherland Global is seeking a skilled Professional Services Engineer Pipeline to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for implementing and integrating the NICE platform remotely. Your technical expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and integrate NICE software solutions remotely, following defined methodologies, processes, and system requirements.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to address technical questions and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure the proper integration and implementation of technical architecture components.
  • Communicate and resolve design flaws discovered during delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise on the NICE product suite, implementation methodologies, and related technologies.
  • Conduct performance and reliability testing.
  • Report issues and engage support teams for assistance, escalating as necessary.
  • Offer basic application support, technical quality control, and communication throughout the project.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product implementation and integration.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Understanding of project delivery working models and terms.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate with multicultural teams.
  • Able to learn and adapt new technologies independently and quickly.
  • Experience with advanced solutions, Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft Security.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • B.E. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical degree.
  • CCNA and MCSE certifications preferred.
  • AWS, Azure, HP, Dell, VMWare, and Citrix certifications a plus.
