Job OverviewThis role involves working as a Quality Assurance Engineer with our clients in one of two ways: Team Augmentation or Design & Build.
- In Team Augmentation, you will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
- In Design & Build, you will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
As a Technical Software Quality Assurance Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the quality of software products by designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies.
- Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
- Communicating testing results and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Meaningful experience with manual and automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of QA best practices, testing techniques, and methodologies.
- Experience creating and executing automated test scripts.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Fine attention to detail.
- A positive, optimistic attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
