About the Role:
Talentek By Hubtek is a company that fosters young talent and prioritizes employee development through learning experiences and growth opportunities. We provide Talent and Technology services to support companies, and have been making a positive impact since 2018. As an Accounting Specialist, you will focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures, ensuring data integrity and supporting other departments. Some key responsibilities include:

**Accounts Payable:**
• Process and verify invoices for timely and accurate payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies

**Accounts Receivable:**
• Generate invoices and track payments
• Reconcile accounts and follow up on overdue accounts to maintain cash flow

Requirements:
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting processes, especially in Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Advanced English skills (C1 or higher required)

Perks:
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., following the American calendar
• Indefinite term contract
• Remote work opportunity in Colombia
• Competitive salary: $4,620,000 COP
