CloudHire Inbound Support & Reconciliation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inbound Support & Reconciliation Specialist to join our US-based Merchant Operations team. This role will play a critical part in supporting our eCommerce websites and other warehouse channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating digital packing slips in our warehouse management system with precision and accuracy.
  • Solving Stocking PO tickets as assigned, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Communicating effectively with vendors via email and phone, as needed.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
  • Working with automotive products and reviewing their condition to ensure quality standards are met.

As a member of our technology-focused team, you will work with cloud-based applications and have remote access to our systems. Your strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn and follow processes will be essential in this role.

Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Ability to learn and follow processes, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Active listener and good team collaborator, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to learn and apply new skills as needed.
  • Prior inbound/outbound phone call experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts is a plus, but not essential.
  • The ability to attend daily virtual meetings with our US-based team, with video and audio capability.
  • High-speed internet connection, with reliable access to our cloud-based systems.
