**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Office Coordinator to support the executive team in real estate acquisitions, new home construction projects, and daily operations.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, streamline processes, and ensure all aspects of project coordination are handled efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, experience in real estate or construction, and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct market research and due diligence on potential acquisitions.
- Coordinate new home construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Manage vendor communications, contracts, and payments related to real estate and construction operations.
- Support the executive team with administrative tasks, document management, and reporting.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or project management is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
