Key Responsibilities- Schedule mediations and depositions efficiently, ensuring timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Manage client correspondence, including letters and emails, maintaining a professional tone and adhering to company standards.
- Organize notices and letters for depositions and mediations, guaranteeing accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist attorneys in hearing and trial preparations, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Maintain calendars and ensure deadlines are met, prioritizing tasks and managing workflow effectively.
- Process documents, file court paperwork, and prepare general pleadings, notices, subpoenas, correspondence, and hearing/trial exhibits.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year of related experience or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse individuals at all levels.
- Strong grammatical and spelling abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, with good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding both English and Spanish.
