We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as Senior HR Business Partner. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to drive strategic priorities, develop people plans, and accelerate core capability development. You will also lead on employee relations, legal, and tax implications across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to attract high-caliber talent and onboard into the business
- Develop strong partnerships with senior function leaders and coach them on strategic priorities
- Design and enable effective organization structures and ways of working
- Create and lead change strategies and complex transformations
Requirements
- Over 15 years of professional experience in HR, ideally leading HR functions as HR Director or HRBP
- Experience leading labor relations, unions, and negotiations a plus
- Strong business acumen and leadership in HR
- Ability to build HR operating plans and people/capability roadmaps
- Broad generalist HR skills across various populations
