We are searching for a highly skilled Total Rewards Manager to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for shaping our compensation strategy and executing compensation plans across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and line leaders in the Americas with job evaluation/leveling, offers, year-round compensation, retention programs, and recognition.
- Collaborate with Corporate Services to ensure timely delivery of all compensation matters in the Americas.
- Manage day-to-day tasks, initiatives, and projects, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist with annual survey management and year-end process.
- Guarantee adherence to all Service Level Agreements.
- Contribute to case tracking metrics, reporting requirements, and operational processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Compensation or related fields.
- English and Spanish fluency, with Portuguese proficiency a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR information management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Experience working in a complex environment.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
