Role Overview
As a Digital Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of digital production-focused projects, implementing effective team approaches, and developing technology tactics to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and communicate daily/weekly work requests and assign resources based on project scopes.
- Track Digital Studio resources based on availability and skill sets.
- Lead weekly account team status meetings to review projects and participate in daily status meetings with other teams.
- Oversee the production workflow process and solve conflicts as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital production technologies.
- Support internal teams and partners in delivering solutions, insights, and recommendations.
- Develop direct reports through performance reviews and development plans.
Qualifications
We are seeking a talented Production Manager who possesses advanced English skills, a bachelor's degree in Advertising or Graphic Design, and experience supporting digital projects involving current and merging front-end technologies.
