We are building the backbone of the payments industry, and we need a talented Software Engineer to help us shape our global, scalable product called minka Ledger.

This customer-facing role requires exceptional soft skills to establish credibility with B2B clients and partners. You will deal with high throughput, effective data management, resilience, flexibility, and extensibility. You will work closely with revenue and product teams to build developer-focused deep tech tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand technical requirements, challenges, and objectives
  • Develop customized technical solutions and product demonstrations
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle
  • Conduct product training sessions and workshops
  • Continuously update and enhance knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
  • Assist revenue teams in qualifying leads and conducting discovery sessions
  • Participate in technical discussions and solution architecture reviews
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer requirements

You are not just a coder; you are a software engineer with seven years of experience building complex backend systems, preferably with knowledge of NodeJs and the public cloud. Be an owner by building proof of concepts, leading initiatives to facilitate smoother sales cycles, giving consultative presentations, designing integrations between minka_ and customer core transactional systems, and working alongside product, tech, and growth teams.

Bring best practices to the Expansion team to strengthen minka's sales process. Serve as a subject matter expert on your company's products, features, and technology stack. Be a solver by providing technical expertise to the sales team, building solutions to match prospect's business and technical requirements, and defining better processes to support the sales team.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience working in software development
  • Experience working in SaaS or Financial Industries
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM
  • Knowledge of how the internet and the web works

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
