Job Title: Digital Interior Design Community Manager

Location: Remote, EST Time Zone

Salary Range: Up to $2200 USD per week

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 7:30 PM EST

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Interior Design Community Manager to join our remote team at Sagan. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and engaging with customers through design consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and engage with social media content across various platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and Google My Business.
  • Identify and participate in online communities related to interior design, offering guidance without using hard sales tactics.
  • Develop content that is warm, aspirational, and supportive, utilizing our content archive and social media trends as inspiration.
  • Maintain flexibility in responding to social media interactions, ensuring timely responses to keep conversations flowing.
  • Conduct virtual design sessions, providing customers with aesthetic guidance and technical assistance.
  • Follow up with customers after consultations, offering ongoing support until they make a purchase or decide otherwise.
  • Use insights from customer interactions to suggest improvements to products and processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English with excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. culture, humor, and trends, particularly within the interior design space.
  • Experience using social media platforms for brand engagement.
  • A passion for interior design and helping customers bring their design visions to life.
  • Ability to create quick hand-drawn sketches during consultations.
  • Flexibility in managing a schedule that may include occasional evenings or weekends.
