Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Interior Design Community Manager to join our global team at Sagan. This remote position involves working closely with a North American customer base, particularly in major U.S. cities.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence across social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and Google My Business. They will create engaging content, interact with customers, and provide design consultations via virtual sessions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Social Media Engagement: Develop and execute a content strategy that resonates with our audience, ensuring timely responses to customer interactions and fostering a supportive community.
  • Design Advisor & Customer Support: Conduct 3-5 virtual design sessions per week, offering aesthetic guidance and technical assistance, and providing follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Content Creation & Feedback Loop: Create tailored social media posts, evaluate their effectiveness, and adapt content based on performance, focusing on maintaining high engagement levels.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English: Excellent written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Culture and Trends: A strong understanding of U.S. culture, humor, and trends, particularly within the interior design space, is required.
  • Social Media Experience: The ideal candidate has experience using social media platforms for brand engagement.
  • Interior Design Passion: A passion for interior design and helping customers bring their design visions to life is necessary.
Compensation and Benefits

This role is compensated weekly, with success measured by the quality and quantity of content and interactions, not by clocked hours. Output and engagement will be key metrics. Additionally, flexibility in managing a schedule that may include occasional evenings or weekends is a must.
