About Dialectica: As a rapidly growing company in the information services sector, we are seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in Law, Business, Compliance and/or Risk Management to thrive in our organization.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per annum, reflecting the market value for this role in the industry.

Job Description: As a Client Protection Associate (Legal & Compliance), you will be responsible for facilitating client requests, updating and drafting new policies, overseeing their implementation, and ensuring a safe and compliant environment for clients. This includes monitoring ongoing projects, policy drafting, training, product development, and risk assessment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring ongoing projects and implementing effective controls to mitigate potential risks.
  • Drafting and updating policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing training and guidance to team members on compliance matters.
  • Coordinating with clients and corporate functions to define compliance objectives and implement plans to achieve them.
  • Identifying training needs and developing programs to improve internal quality standards.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have an undergraduate degree and a master's degree in Business, Law, Risk Management or a related field, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in related fields such as risk management, law or compliance. You should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proactive, have exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, and be committed to improving internal quality standards.

Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being an asset.
