**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical System Designer to join our team at ICON plc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design and management of clinical data management systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of clinical data management systems, including CRF design and system requirements documentation.
  • Interpret clinical trial protocols to design CDMS components, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex study build queries, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Oversee the creation of CRFs, system requirements documentation, and edit check specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Manage system releases, track project timelines, and identify out-of-scope tasks, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Lead study kick-offs, eCRF reviews, and participate in bid defenses/client demonstrations, showcasing expertise and knowledge.
  • Support change management and post-production database modifications, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in clinical data management or a related field.
  • Strong communication, client management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel (~10%), with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
