Job Profile:

We are seeking a talented individual to lead and direct one or more Clinical Data Science (CDS) project teams engaged in the initiation, planning, set up, maintenance, control, and closing of systems used in clinical trial projects. Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading project kick-off meetings and acting as a contact point for internal and external customer teams on assigned studies.
2. Performing quality control peer review of CRFs and tracking and keeping functional management informed of any issues that might affect project target dates, scope, or budget.
3. Providing expertise to Business Development and supporting sales efforts by participating in Bid Defense meetings.
4. Contributing to the oversight and management of system integration set up and vendor interactions where needed.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of clinical data management experience including implementation and management of clinical data systems.
2. Technical understanding of relational databases and ability to create medium to complex data flow diagrams.
3. Applied skills in project management, including predictive elements of timelines, resource requirements, and financial tracking.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Must have database build experience and a Bachelor's degree or local equivalent.
