Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our innovative project for a residential home inspection platform. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing web and mobile projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and timelines
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and DevOps, to ensure project alignment and progress
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to track progress and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and communication across teams
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers and ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify areas of improvement within current processes, systems, and workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Provide technical guidance and support for web and mobile development projects, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Ensure that web and mobile solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance
  • Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with the project's objectives
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in project management and business analysis, specifically in web and mobile development projects
  • Strong background in managing full SDLC projects, from initiation to deployment, with a focus on Agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile development technologies, including front-end and back-end frameworks, cloud platforms, and APIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Leadership qualities with a collaborative approach to team management
