Job Summary

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team in Colorado Springs. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will provide direct patient care to children, adolescents, and their families, including diagnostic evaluations, evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic interviews and crisis evaluations, and employ evidence-based assessments in an outpatient mental health setting.
  • Implement evidence-based treatments in an outpatient mental health setting, develop treatment goals and plans, and evaluate treatment progress.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and independently, with flexibility and adaptability in different work situations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, and maintain timely documentation in the medical record.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Licensure in LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • At least 1-3 years of related clinical experience, with a focus on child and adolescent mental health.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse population of patients and families.
