Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business growth through strategic decision-making and process optimization.
  2. Develop and implement effective solutions that meet business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project scope.
  4. Conduct market research, data analysis, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  5. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions.
  6. Support Agile development processes, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
  7. Prepare clear reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  2. Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, process modeling, and requirements gathering.
  3. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  4. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and SQL (preferred).
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
