At Kuehne+Nagel, we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Excellence Specialist to lead our team of excellence managers across various regions. In this role, you will oversee the operational performance of the KNIL Control Tower and logistics service providers (LSPs), handling business analytics and serving as the first point of contact for troubleshooting escalations.
Your Key Responsibilities- Deliver operational services by coordinating related activities across all Control Towers against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Develop a strong working relationship between business management and operations, aiming for a cohesive team delivering operational excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact/escalation for customer concerns at the appropriate counterpart level.
- Maintain active monitoring of LSP performance and integrate existing relationships with relevant LSPs in scope.
- Lead regular management meetings with LSPs to identify areas of improvement, track root causes, and define future prevention actions.
- Bachelor's University degree in International Business or related fields.
- Experience in Freight Forwarding (Air, Sea, Road).
- Background in Supply Chain optimization and operational performance improvement.
- Familiarity with cross-regional or global collaboration in multinational environments.
- Fluent English communication skills.
