  4. Discovery and Integration: Maintain the integrity of the CMDB and Discovery processes, including the ServiceNow Discovery application tool.
  5. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and insights from the CMDB to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for CMDB management and data integration.
  7. Change Management: Participate in change management processes to ensure CMDB data is accurate and impacts are understood.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
