The Role

We're seeking an experienced talent acquisition leader to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for guiding a team of recruiters, training them, and driving effective proactive sourcing efforts. You'll also partner closely with managers and executives to define and optimize recruiting strategies, leveraging data and providing visibility to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of recruiters for technical and non-technical roles, collaborating with our global sourcing team to attract passive talent, reviewing active applicants, screening resumes, performing interviews, closing offers, and advising hiring managers.
  • Partner with the TA leadership team and global sourcing team to develop and implement innovative strategies through internet research, LinkedIn, SeekOut, networking, and more, and optimize recruiting efforts and drive operational excellence.
  • Act as a partner to hiring managers, delivering a great experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the talent market, industry trends, technology, product processes, and the competition.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10-15 years of recruitment experience with a minimum of 5 years of recruiting leadership experience.
  • Expert in end-to-end recruitment processes, with significant experience in a high-volume hiring setting.
  • Proven analytical skills and a strong interest in creating, evaluating, and optimizing sourcing efforts.
  • Experience with tracking success and establishing metrics for recruiting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers on hiring initiatives and achieving clearly defined goals.
  • Experience implementing new processes, tools, and programs to an organization with successful adoption and demonstrated KPI performance.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and driving quality hiring programs that increase candidate flow and are cost-effective.
