About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our team in Afghanistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our field office, including procurement, logistics, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement: Distribute and collect quotations, update relevant databases, communicate with suppliers, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Logistics: Manage field office warehouse, record keeping, and stock rotation, as well as refueling of vehicles and generators.
  • Admin/HR: Ensure office environment and guest houses are neat and professional, complete repairs and maintenance services, and track office supplies and stationery stock.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with I-NGOs in the field of support services.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, good level of proficiency in Word, PPT, and Windows Excel, and excellent inter-personal, communication, and listening skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or other relevant degree.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Dari/Pashto (written and spoken).
