About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Associate to join our team at the Danish Refugee Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our field office, including procurement, logistics, and human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Procurement: Source and purchase goods and services in accordance with DRC procurement policies and procedures.
  2. Logistics: Manage the inventory of supplies and equipment, ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and coordinate the movement of personnel and equipment.
  3. Human Resources: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including processing personnel documents, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training and development programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international humanitarian organization.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
